Get your space ready to be an all star dreamer. Set up and learn to keep two dream journals. Exercise your dream chops every day. Learn to go deeper into your subconscious and grab those good dreams to make them come true. Know yourself better by uncovering your own dream language. Print out your workbook and follow daily!

  • Grab two new journals or notebooks- one for your night dreams and one for your day dreams!

  • Set aside at least ten minutes in the morning and ten minutes before bed for dreamwork.

  • Plan to spend at least thirty minutes every other day in an a sensory un-gating experience.
